What we offer

Programs

Seminars, workshops and corporate training designed for professionals navigating complex business law.

Seminars and workshops

IBL regularly conducts seminars and workshops on issues impacting manufacturers, service providers, exporters, importers, dealers and other stakeholders. When major changes are ushered in by the government on Tax, IPR and Corporate laws, IBL organises full-day conferences across India. IBL's Annual Budget Seminar Series is eagerly awaited by CEOs, CFOs, Tax Managers and Professionals dealing with direct and indirect taxes.

The Seminar Series on Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) is held every year in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata and Chandigarh. Lectures are delivered by experts comprising experienced lawyers, chartered accountants and other professionals.

IBL organises seminars on Central Excise, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Service Tax, VAT, Anti-dumping, Company Law, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, IPR and Corporate laws. The sessions emphasise group discussion and Q&A to apply learnings to real business situations.

IBL's exclusive course material is designed to stimulate thinking and understanding of complex business laws. On request, certificates are provided to participants, useful for professionals required to complete prescribed training hours under their respective regulations.

Corporate training

IBL conducts corporate training programs upon request. Our experienced faculty impart live training through discussions and practical case studies covering taxation laws, IPR laws, corporate laws and international trade laws.

Customised on-site training programs run from half a day to three days, conducted either at the client's premises or another venue. Multi-locational organisations find this particularly useful: finance and tax officers from all factories, units and the corporate office assemble at one place for intensive sessions and shared expert guidance.
